House Rental
Comfortable summer house (120 m2) in two floors with 75 m to the beach. Master bedroom with bathroom upstairs in a mezzanin facing the sea. Second bedroom and bathroom with cosy furnished patio towards open terrace with grill-place in the back. Spacious, open living room with 6 m to the ceiling integrated with open, fully equipped kitchen. In the front is a paved driveway for 2 cars in line and a welcoming, furnished terrace facing a beautiful garden with a small pool and an outdoor shower.

2. Any brought animal are to be agreed with the house owner in advance.
3. Please respect that after 10 o’clock in the evening generally peace is expected in the neighborhood.
4. Please remember to lock the front gate when leaving the house. For longer periods you should also lock the doors to the house.
5. To preserve the floors please don’t use shoes inside the house.

About the neighbourhood
Barra do Cunhau is quite a relaxed place. 60 m from the house is the Blue Dream Resort / Golde'n Beach club with a large pool, lounge chairs, soft music and a nice restaurant for drinks, lunches and dinners. They also have kite schools offering lessons on their premises.
75 meters from the house you also have the wonderful beach of barra do Cunhau. Don't miss to take the local ferry to Ilha Formosa with it's great sandy beaches and the little beach cafe with the chairs out in the water.
Going to Praia da Pipa takes around 20-30 minutes by car. There you have access to a wealth of nice restaurants, bars & cafés. Also the beaches are very much worth visiting. Don't miss to make an ATV tour in the neighborhood.

For getting around there are taxis, but a rental car is the best option.

How to get there
Your best bet for getting to the house and around is taxi or rental car. A taxi from the airport in Natal costs around BRL 250
The best way to arrive in Barra do Cunhau is via the road RN-269 from Canguaretama. When arriving in Barra you will first pass the entrance arc of the city along the Cunhau river.
The point of reference to our house is the Blue Dream beach resort which is situated some 60 m from the house.
To arrive to Blue Dream:
When you have passed the arc of the city, you will pass along the riverside of the river where you further on have the beach restaurants and the ferry to The Formosa beach island on the right hand side.
Soon after the ferry you will pass the Formigueiro general store on your left hand side. Some 500 m after Formigueiro you will find the Blue Dream resort on your right hand side.
Right across the road from Blue Dream there is an intersection on your left hand side with two sand roads. Please, take the right sand road to our house. Our house is the fourth on the left side of that road.
In front of our house you will find a sign saying “Casa Norén”.
