This detached cottage has an extensive garden and sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms.The Garden Cottage is a detached converted barn with three-quarters of an acre of superb enclosed garden in the pretty hamlet of Dainton. Children can play football on the lawn, complete with goal, whilst grown-ups can enjoy the secluded patio area. The traditionally furnished living area is open plan and from here an interesting, wooden spiral staircase leads to two comfortable bedrooms. A short drive away is Dainton Park Golf Club. Non-members are welcome to use the facilities which include a health club and restaurant. Further afield the friendly market town of Newton Abbot is within easy reach, as are the sandy beaches and resort towns of South Devon. Amenities: Night storage heating. Totnes, five miles away, sits beside the River Dart with its Elizabethan buildings. Dartington Hall is nearby, hosting music festivals. Dartmoor National Park is accessible from Ipplepen, offering 365 square miles of moorland with isolated villages. Ipplepen provides the perfect base for your next escape.More
