Cozy 2 bedroom apartment centrally located to all neighborhoods and attractions in Louisville. Convenient street parking in the front.

The original shotgun house was built at the turn of the century with the camelback addition added in 1920. It has been renovated over the years to include hardwood floors and tall ceilings. Louisville is historically known for its collection of shotgun houses, second only to New Orleans.

Yard is shared with other guests that may be staying in the upstairs unit.

Centrally located to attractions: 4 miles to the Yum Center and Waterfront, 4 miles to hospitals, 4 miles to the airport, 3 miles to Churchill Downs, 2 miles to the fairgrounds. Walking distance to bars and music, a coffee shop, bakery, food, ice cream, and much more!

Enjoyed our stay here . It is within 10 minute drive to expo center , Churchill Downs , and the downtown area.

Great stay at the Derby City Digs. The place is close to almost everything, coffee food and market places within walking distance. Quite and peaceful environment. Landlord really nice and attentive. Locked ourselves out once and she came to open 🔓 despite the freezing weather....More
