The townhouse is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The living room has two full sized Sterns & Foster sleeper sofas and a gas fireplace. On the second floor is a king bedroom with private full bath and a fully equipped laundry room. The third floor has another spacious king bedroom, with a full private bath.
Each bedroom has a 32' flat screen television, the living room has a larger 40' flat screen television above the fireplace. Of course, there is cable and wifi throughout.

The kitchen if furnished with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, mixer, pots, pans, utensils and dishes/cutlery for eight.
The neighborhood is filled with gorgeous historic homes, beautiful parks and multiple national landmarks. The immediate area is a lively zone of restaurants, cafes, clubs and shops. Fine dining is 1/2 block away, more casual choices like pizza, sushi, burgers and such are all within a block or less.

Pets must be pre approved; there is a pet fee of $45 for one dog, $65 for two dogs. No more than 2 pets permitted. No cats permitted due to allergy.
No noise that can be heard outside the residence is permitted after 10 weekends, 9 pm weeknights. Children are welcome, but must be closely supervised as the home is NOT child proofed in any way and may have hazards (like cleaning products) present.
I visited Louisville with my adult niece. Nice roomy townhouse which allowed each of us to have our own bedroom space with bathroom. We spent minimum time in the neighborhood due to time restrictions but everywhere we traveled was within a 15-20 minute drive. Hope...More

The Cherokee Triangle is Louisville's most sought after neighborhood. Walk from your front door to theatres, trendy shops, gourmet dining, casual dining, stunning parks and more. Enjoy spectacular historic architecture and gracious homes. 5 miles to Churchill Downs, 1.5 miles to downtown, 5 miles to airport, 3 miles to Louisville zoo. Off street parking for 2 cars is available, one in the gated garage, the other in the visitor spaces.
Getting around
The townhouse is right in the heart of Louisville's 'Restaurant Row', you can walk to many restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs and 3 great parks. Bus line stops 100 feet away. $5 Lyft ride to downtown.
