This lovely traditional cottage has many character features, including oak beams, exposed Cotswold stone walls and a lovely fireplace, with a wood burning stove. The character of the cottage is complemented by its modern facilities, including wireless internet access, a flat screen TV and a well presented kitchen. Rambling Rose Cottage sleeps four people, in two bedrooms, with two lovely bathrooms. There is a small private garden area at the front of the property, as well as a communal garden shared with the neighbouring properties, and two off street parking spaces are available. The cottage is perfect for couples, friends or a family looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful village, in the heart of the Cotswold countryside. House Rules Security deposits Security deposits are not required (please note that guests are still liable for any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of their actions). Occupancy The maximum occupancy of the property is four guests, at any point during your stay. Unauthorised over occupancy is a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the cancellation of your booking and additional charges. Please consult us prior to booking if you wish to discuss the possibility of having more than four guests at the property. Infants who sleep in a cot do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions, the occupancy figure may only be exceeded by one additional infant. Pets Regrettably, pets are not accepted. Bed sizes and configurations Bedroom 1: King size bed Bedroom 2: Two single beds Bathrooms Family bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin Bedroom 2 ensuite: Free-standing bath, toilet and wash basin Heating, fuel and logs The property has wall mounted electric heaters, and electricity is included in the rental price. An initial basket of logs is provided for the wood burning stove and further log supplies can be purchased locally. Services provided The property has free wireless internet access and a Freeview TV, with a DVD player. There is no telephone at the property. Mobile phone reception is variable, typically being better outside the cottage than inside. Parking The cottage has an allocated off street parking space. Should you require further parking, the owner can provide details of where to park in the village. Housekeeping Where a letting exceeds nine nights, a mid-stay clean, bed linen and towel change may be included in the price. Please check with us to confirm. Additional housekeeping services may be available on request. Child friendly facilities Guests are welcome to bring their own travel cot and high chair, to accommodate one infant. Please note that the cottage’s garden is not enclosed, therefore mobile infants should be supervised outside at all times. Initial consumables A small quantity of initial consumables is provided for your convenience (eg. tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, soap, toilet rolls, etc), however, you should not expect the quantity of these provisions to be sufficient for the duration of your stay.More

If you are looking for a quiet area to stay then this is it. It is also just over 2 miles to the nearest village which is quite busy plus they have a great chinese takeaway there (jade garden i think)
