Skyville, Fort Kochi, is an elegant & beautifully appointed penthouse spread over 3000 sq ft. The antiques & artefacts which adorn the entire property have been skillfully curated. The kitchens come fully equipped. The ensuite bedrooms are plush and very stylish. It can be rented in its entirety or as two separate apartments of two bedrooms each.

Stunning, but the disco next door was simply deafening
The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated with interesting antiques and paintings. We stayed three nights and unfortunately one night the night club next door set out huge loudspeakers aimed at the apartment and had disco music blaring until the wee hours. Our host said it was to be expected on New Year's Eve, but we have to believe the disco is a known quantity.

Great Weekend
My daughter and I spent an idyllic weekend in this incredibly well located and well appointed apartment. Very comfortable beautifully furnished , everything works and the staff are efficient , friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure!!

Heart of Fort Kochi
We stayed with family at Skyville in September.
It is a quiet, relaxing place located in the heart of Fort Kochi. All major tourist points, barring Jew Town are walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment is very plush with all amenities, the caretaker is efficient and the art is amazing.
Fort Kochi is an amazing place to relax in and Skyville is the perfect place to explore it from.
We will definitely come back here again.

The perfect or rather ONLY place to stay in Fort Kochi !
Skyville is the ultimate luxury destination with huge and modern rooms, bathrooms, lovely furniture and art, plus a huge perfect terrace. We were 3 families with kids so had all the 4 rooms to ourselves. The location is to die for !! 4-6 minutes walk from the best cafes n restaurants, the fishing nets, churches etc. The caretaker is helpful and makes lovely breakfast, if you wish, he knows exactly where to order in the best prawn curries also !!
I highly recommend Skyville and no where else to stay in Fort Kochi.
