The house has a kitchen to fancy the needs of any gourmet cook with an open floor plan through the dining room to the porch. There is a wood stove and entertainment center in the living room. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
It is an easy 1/4 mile walk to the charming shops, cafes, bookstores and theater in downtown Damariscotta.
The sights of the Pemaquid Peninsula, including Pemaquid Lighthouse, beach and lobster pounds, are just down the road.
Boothbay Harbor is a 25 minute drive, home of the beautiful Coastal Maine Botanical Garden.
Camden, Rockport and Rockland are 45 minutes away.
