There is so much room to spread out. As you walk into the front door you'll see a large open area perfect for entertaining. Off of the kitchen is an eclectic screened in covered patio overlooking the pool. The topmost level features two huge master bedrooms with private bathrooms. Both Masters walk out to a front porch. The top porch is covered and perfect to enjoy at night or in the morning in any weather. Couples can come together with beautiful views of the ocean enjoying their favorite beverage. A newly constructed game room is being built on the main level. The room will feature multiple TVs, a pool table, a convertible ping pong table, a separate kitchenette, xbox's, a table top arcade machine with old school games and the classic board games perfect for a group. This room will have a cool retro theme blending multiple generations. In addition, this area will have a microwave and small kitchenette with a retro fridge. The backyard of this property has so much room. The private pool is very picturesque with multiple palm trees and beautiful evening lighting. Did I mention all of this is within a one block walk to the beach with public beach access? This property is sure to have you coming back year after year with fond memories. New photos are on the way with additional furniture being added and some finishing touches being completed before March.
