About the neighbourhood
Located in a private lakeside neighborhood accessed via dirt roads with slow speed.
Downtown Portland is a 20-minute drive offering many restaurants and shops to browse. There are also several nearby beaches on the ocean.
One mile north is Tassel Top Park and 2.5 miles north is Raymond Beach, both of which have beautiful sandy beaches. Further north is the Sebago Lake State Park, as well as the Long Lake causeway in Naples.
In the winter, it's a 25 mile drive to the Shawnee Peak ski resort. The annual Sebago Lake Ice Fishing Derby has a weigh station at Raymond Beach. Snowmobile trails can accessed nearby as well.
