The home is directly across the street from beautiful Wells beach (Two houses down from Public way #2 leading right to the beach). This relaxing vacation spot is fully furnished and features two private bedrooms with a queen sized bed and two twin beds. A large living area features a queen sized American Leather sleep sofa (very comfortable) to sleep a total of six in the unit. Large wraparound windows abound in the front living area allowing cool ocean breezes to pass through and the beautiful beach sun to add lots of light. The living area features a large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player (for vacation family movies). A large kitchen area with eat in nook for family meals is very convenient, The newly renovated kitchen comes fully equipped with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and all the eating and cooking utensils you could ever need. The bathroom was completely renovated and features tile floor and a tiled shower with a tub (great for washing up the little ones.) The outside of the unit has as many amenities as the inside. A large fenced in yard (Rare so close to the beach) provides the kids a place to run/play off that vacation energy and the adults a nice place to sit and relax. A grill is available for summer cookouts as well. A bonus outside shower is also available to wash off the beach sand. There is convenient, no hassle off street parking for two cars. The home is in walking distance of ice cream/lunch/breakfast at Forbes restaurant, shops and the arcade (for the kids). This unit is one of multiple units within the home. The opportunity exists for large/multiple families wishing to vacation together to rent side by side units or upper and lower units. This provides the the privacy of your own quarters along with the convenience of having friends or the whole extended family in the same home. Avoid the hassles of staying at accommodations on Route 1 (packing the car everyday, fighting for parking, public bathrooms and lugging all your gear back and forth to the beach daily). With this unit your right at the beach!!
