Easy access to beach, playground and Cape Cod Canal bike path. The large deck complete with custom made picnic table and benches sits on the south side providing sunshine and warmth even on a cool day. Open floor plan with first floor bedroom with 2 twins, full bathroom with shower, kitchen with 2 counter seats, tile flooring and dining area. 1. You must be 25 or older to book and be present at the property the entire stay.
2. You will be charged for excess cleaning if needed so please leave the property as you found it and there will be no extra charges. Should you want a cleaner during or at the end of your stay, let us know and we can arrange one at $40 per hour.
3. Our occupancy limits are very strict and include daytime guests. If you intend on going over the person limit at any time it must be pre-approved.

Never Bored in Bourne
This three bedroom home on a tree lined secluded lot offers spectacular views! A large deck facing lush, green tidal pools offer relaxing views. Kitchen/Dining area with loads of counter space allow for lots of family cooking and dining.

Great place !!
We were very pleased with the location, amenities cleanliness and marsh view. Sand Dollar agency was very helpful and responsive to our one call for assistance.
The deck is truly spectacular. We hope to return next year for a longer stay.
