Nautical decor adds charm and a seaside feel to this comfortable, central air conditioned home. Walk to local restaurants and shops or drive only 5 minutes to Downtown Chatham. Situated in a perfect location between Hardings Beach and Ridgevale beach as well. Beautiful back yard for barbeque and a great fire pit for cool evenings. Three bedrooms and a loft with a TV and queen size futon give you some extra space to spread out. One bedroom with King bed and a half bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with Queen bed and one with 2 Twin beds. Full bath with tub and shower downstairs. The downstairs has ping pong for those friendly competitors...
