Waterfront home with unobstructed views of Cape Cod Bay. This cottage has 2 bedrooms with high ceilings, a full bath with tub and shower, laundry, dishwasher, HD flat screen TV with cable and a deck with panoramic views from Plymouth to Provincetown. The updated kitchen offers a breakfast bar with stools and is set up to enjoy the outdoor views as you cook. Spiral staircase leads to an open loft perfect for relaxing and reading or may be used for additional sleeping with your air mattress. Fireplace is not for use & will not be operational.

1. You must be 25 or older to book and be present at the property the entire stay.
2. You will be charged for excess cleaning if needed so please leave the property as you found it and there will be no extra charges. Should you want a cleaner during or at the end of your stay, let us know and we can arrange one at $40 per hour.

Great location great house small beds
We loved the new house. Cozy and in a great beachside location. Everything was functional and quite nice. A couple of shortcomings were that the french doors didn't have appropriate stops to keep them from bannging into each other. The beds were a disappointment. Too small for two adults. In any hotel at this price there would be at least queen size beds.

Wonderful house!
Wonderfull house in the beach. Charming and nice decorated. Also well equipted with great kitchen and nice sofa. Only the queenbed was much to soft for two persons and needs to be replaced.

Spectacular
The most beautiful place. Everything from the location,the house,the beach. We felt so at home. Everything was so close,the stores and other towns up the coast. The cleanliness of the house made it so comfortable . My only reserve would be the one bathroom.that was a little difficult for five people.The best thing was the condition of the house.

Wonderful
Our stay at north shore Blvd was wonderful. The view was spectactular, the location was great and the house was very nice. There was a small issue of previous damage with the refrigerator drawer, but we called the office right away and reported it to them.
Would I rent this location again? Absolutely!!!

Great house down on the beach
We have just moved to theUSA and We booked a week at this house to get some down time. We had a really relaxing time. The house is great with lovely wooden floors and typical Cape decor. It was wonderful to be right on the beach so we could watch the changes in the sea from the front Porch. There was plenty to do around the area and we recommend Joe's Lobster Market and the Pairpoint Glass factory tour Tuesday or Friday.
Our only gripe was the very soft double bed, we must be getting old because it gave us both back ache.
Sand Dollar did a good, unobtrusive job.
All in all a break that will bring back many happy family memories.

A very special and beautiful place
We stayed at the beach house for a week at the beginning of June. The property is absolutely amazing and provides exactly what a beach house should.....great views that the house design makes the most of with 3 large patio doors with uninterupted views looking right at the beach and ocean. What is particularly lovely though is the side windows, and the 2 window seats. Me and my young daughter loved sitting together reading our books and admiring the views and the sunsets. The accommodation is perfect with two good bedrooms, a functional bathroom, but the masterpiece is the double height combined living/dining/kitchen area. The house is also beautifully fitted out and furnished. We could have stayed here much much longer. One of my favourite places. It has also has a great location, within a few minutes drive of Sandwich which has a really beautiful and quaint old village, plus the convenience of the larger supermarket, shops and restaurants. Overall very close to 10 out of 10. There were a couple of issues with the door locks and the bath didnt hold water, both if which were reported to the agent Sand Dollar Realty who were excellent. Only very minor gripes. What a fantastic place and property. I also mentioned that the house could do with a good set of prep knives, and a kettle (a very English requirement and a strange omission).

Amazing beachfront property!
This was our second time staying in this unit and it was everything we wanted! We had family staying in other units all down the beach and this is by far one of the best on N Shore. We will definitely be back!!

Great family VaCapetion house!
We have spent our second Summer here at 99B and once again loved the location. It is a perfect spot for our family to spend our "vaCapetion" each year. The house is updated and has many great features. Our only concern each visit is the inconsistency, condition and cleanliness of the kitchen tools and flatware. The kitchen in any home, especially this one is the center of focus. That attention to detail should be extended to within the drawers of the kitchen to make this a 5 star rating.

A special little beachfront cottage.
We’ve stayed at this oceanfront cottage for 7 consecutive years as the location and views are terrific. The reason for 4 stars is that the interior of the house (paint, floors, furnishings) are looking tired and in need of a refresh.

WAS A GREAT PLACE WITH AN AMAZING VIEW
Located in East Sandwich our unit 99B, was convenient to most of the major towns yet far away enough from the hustle bustle. Several great restaurants within minutes and also a little convenience store. Beautiful views from the deck. The unit was just the right size for the 4 of us and the wi-fi was a plus. Would highly recommend and we're considering booking again for 2019.
