(tenant brings own fire wood) The first floor has two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with a trundle bed (twin size that can sleep two guests) both bedrooms adjacent to the main full bath (tub and shower). The second floor has two additional bedrooms; master with a queen size bed (plus TV) and fourth bedroom with two singles adjacent to another full size bath (tub and shower).This home has new AC (split system) on the first and second floor. A BONUS family room in the lower level with lots of seating, Roku TV , laundry area, and access to the backyard. Accommodations for 8 guests total with owner provided bed linens and towels. Explore the historical village of Sandwich (Cape Cod s oldest town) with wonderful "Selfie Shot" opportunities in front of Shawme Pond , The Dexter Grist Mill, Heritage Plantation and Gardens, The Daniel Webster (circa 1692) Inn and Tavern. the famous boardwalk at Town Neck BEACH or ride on the CC Scenic RR excursions. There is excellent canal side cuisine at The Pilot House, Fisherman s View, and don t forget fresh clams at Seafood Sam s !
