This in town home offers the charm of the wood floors and high ceilings yet has been furnished delightfully to add modern charm also. There is a front porch and a small yard area in the rear. The house is located where the bike path begins out to South Beach. It is only two miles to the beach and a four block walk into the main area of town. TENANT supplies sheets and towels. Additional amenities: CD Player, Coffee Maker, Fans, Lobster Pot, Outdoor Shower, Vacuum, Wine Glasses
