This beautiful home is located in Edgartown Village and has a 13x25 heated pool, outdoor gas built in grill, powder room by the the pool and outdoor shower. Over the garage there is a wonderful second-floor living space with cathedral ceilings and two doors to a deck overlooking the pool with seating. Magnificent stone wood burning fireplace with mounted flat screen tv, granite wet bar with ice maker, beverage refrigerator, and microwave. Another powder room and a new pool table. There is a large wood burning fireplace in the living room, which has vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan, a perfect space for Vineyard living. There is a full state of the art gourmet kitchen.
