This comfortable and charming home is located within a five minute walk to bustling downtown Edgartown and it's waterfront. Enjoy the expansive Edgartown harbor with its great shopping, movie theater, fabulous restaurants, Edgartown lighthouse and historic buildings. A five minute drive will bring you to the roar of the ocean at South Beach and a ten minute ride will get you to quiet State Beach.

Our Sunday - Saturday vacation in Martha's Vineyard was spectacular! The weather was perfect, clear, high daytime temperature 75 ish. The home was a traditional, lovely New England gray clapboard. Very, very, comfy, cosy, well maintained, and perfectly situated to experience all Edgartown has to offer! My young adult children could walk into town for the nightlife, as well as the rest of us being able to walk to town for dinner and shopping.
The rental agency and caretaker, both reached out to us, offering any needed assistance.
We hated to have to leave, but Martha's Vineyard and Pease's Point Way South, has not seen the last of us!
