Recently built IMMACULATE Beach House....only 4 houses away from Bristol Beach or exclusive Falmouth Heights Beach. Beautifully furnished and decorated home with all the amenities. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full Baths and a large private Outside Shower Stall. Large kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances including a dishwasher and Beverage refrigerator. CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and ceiling fans in all rooms. 50" Smart HDTV with cable and DVD Bluray player and High Speed Wireless Internet. All bedrooms have their own flat screen televisions. Linens and Bath Towels included in rental. WASHER and DRYER. Fenced backyard with driveway for 3 cars. Weber gas grill with patio dining for 6 along with 2 relaxing lounge chairs. 2nd floor Balcony seats 2 people with direct view of Little Pon...

Beautiful house and amazing location
We are a family of four who stayed four nights in this lovely home. It looks like new construction and is sparkling clean, full of light, and very comfortable (AC, ceiling fans, nice beds and comfortable linens). The home has a fenced in backyard with patio, grill, and table/umbrellas. We walked a few steps in our bare feet to drop kayaks or paddle boards into Little Pond, and the open ocean with 2 lovely beaches was only a block away. The neighborhood is quiet, a maze of one way streets with no through traffic. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Great house in an ideal location
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is updated and well-maintained and in a great location near a pond and a block away from the beach. The amenities were even better than expected - 2 kayaks for the pond, beach chairs and towels, a wagon to pull the kids or beach gear, a nice patio and grill, well-stocked kitchen equipment, etc. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the house.
Wendy and David were also super responsive throughout the process and went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Thank you! We would certainly stay here again.

Lovely, charming vacation home
This property was better than advertised. We loved this charming home and felt welcome and at home instantly.
It was spotless and perfect for relaxing and using as home base for area adventures.
It was an easy walk to the beach, and an easier one to Little Pond.
The owners were super easy to work with and immediately responded to all of my questions.

Loved our home in the Heights!
We had a beautiful home, just a couple of blocks from Falmouth Heights and Bristol beach. It has an open and spacious floor plan, which allows you to be cooking in the kitchen and still be apart of what going on in the living room. There are 3 good sized bedrooms on the second floor with ceiling fans and flat screen TV's. The fenced in yard was great for our 17 month old grandson. A Cape Cod must is an outdoor shower...and this one was great! We can't say enough good things about this home and we are already looking forward to next summer!

A wonderful family vacation in a wonderful location
This house was everything we could ask for in a Cape Cod rental and more. The house was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach. Also, The Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard & downtown Falmouth were a short drive away. The owners accommodated all our requests and were very accessible.

Great location, great town, great fun!
I came here with my wife and parents for an extend memorial day weekend. The house was lovely - very clean, very modern, with just the right amount of Cape Cod charm.
The house is about a 3-4 minute walk from the beach and the deck looks out over a salt-water pond that flows into the ocean. You can walk to the harbor from the house (~10-15 minutes) and even to the town centre (~25 minutes). The location is really great - very quiet road in a lattice of one-way streets. You also get off-street parking with enough for 2 cars (or 3 if you block some in).
We'd certainly come again given the chance!

Wonderful Home, Excellent Location, Great Experience!!!
We traveled to Cape Cod this August and found this wonderful home on tripadvisor.com. This house was more than we expected and in a great neighborhood/location. It has everything to offer for a family vacation to the Cape, one block to two very nice beaches and steps to a salt water pond. It is in a friendly neighborhood, perfect for taking walks. The house is newer construction, has central air conditioning, excellent landscaping, a private patio area with plenty of seating and a gas grill for cooking out, an outdoor shower, front porch with sitting area and a upstairs balcony off the master with a view of the pond. The interior is just perfect with three bedrooms upstairs. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are good size, each with their own ceiling fan and TV. There is a full bath upstairs and a second bath with shower downstairs. There is a large kitchen and dining area with a good size living room with a large wall mounted flat screen TV. This house has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation, close to the beach and minutes from Main Street for shopping and dining.
The owners, Wendy and David are wonderful hosts and were very helpful walking us through the rental process. We've been traveling to the Cape on and off for over 30 years and you won't find a nicer property for the price. Overall everything was excellent and we would recommend this house to anyone with a small to medium size family for a stay on Cape Cod.

Great place - extremely comfortable!
My family and I were there for a week with our kids and friends - beautiful place in a great location just steps from the beach. The house had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen, outdoor grill, very comfortable bedrooms and living rooms - truly an exceptional location and home. An additional attraction was the outside shower which was the best we had ever used!
I would return to this property without reservation.
