Set upon Great Neck hill, this antique winterized cottage has a great ambiance and a nice view of the water where the Atlantic meets the mouth of Ipswich River. Spacious and fun for families and small groups, you can walk right down to Pavilion Beach within 10 minutes and access to famed private Clark Beach.
Fully furnished and equipped for a relaxing vacation or extended stay. Good for couples, families (with kids), and pet-lovers.
Plenty of sporting and touring activities in the area.

Fantastic
Thank you Mark for your hospitality, the cottage was a wonderful experience to show grandchildren what growing up in Ipswich is all about. The thoughtful amenenities, everything included for just hanging, the all around view and sea breeze, ease of having the pirate park, pavillion beach and perfect timing of tides for daily crabhunt!! The life game was used daily!! We loved it thank you!! Thank you your mom for the banana bread it was delicious!!

About the neighbourhood
All around the area is water, sand, hills and awesome views. Stroll around the neighborhood and enjoy an island feel. Nearby is a big playground good for parents with newborns/toddlers up to teens who can shoot hoops. Walk to Pavilion Beach - winter or summer, it's all a great experience. As a Great Neck resident, you also have access to Clark Beach, a private beach.
