Welcome to The Alexander Cape House. We are located on a private, quiet small dead end street, with our own semi-private sandy beach that you will drive right past. As you do, you will see our house is a mere few steps to the beach. Our home is close to the bridge no wasted time sitting in traffic.

The whimsical tile collection in the kitchen is the builders charming touch. For your convenience, in the kitchen there is an indoor-outdoor Bluetooth speaker, and there’s a charging station for apple or android. After dinner, the living room has enough room for everyone to be together with three couches, occasional tables, and seating for more. We have Wi-Fi, and a 42” flat screen Chromecast-enabled TV in the living room . “The Den” is stocked with tons of tabletop games, DVDs, books for all ages. A bureau and walk-in cedar closet with two folding card tables in the closet to use with the many board and card games, coloring, or puzzles. It has a twin bed with another trundled underneath and two Lay-Z Boy recliners that lay flat both with new memory foam mattresses. The second full bathroom in the main level of the house is known as the Pink Bathroom. It has a large, glassed-in shower, washer and dryer, and an “I Forgot It Basket” loaded with many of the essentials busy humans tend to forget while packing for vacation. The Master Suite has a TV, a queen-sized bed as well as twin bed with new memory foam mattress. It is adorned in peaceful hues with eight windows overlooking lush conservation land, two full closets, a television, hand crafted built-in bureaus. Get ready to luxuriate in the jacuzzi, with complementary bath bomb, oil or mineral salts in this sunshiny master bathroom.
On the ground level there are three additional and unique bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a receiving area adjacent to the garage where you can load in and load out with ease. The Asia Room has a double bed, a couch you can’t help but sink into, an antique bedroom set, and a full closet. The Cape Cod Room has a lighthouse flair, two twin beds with brand new memory foam mattresses, a dresser, a desk and chair, a full closet, and is perfect for the kids or the young at heart. The Ireland Room is filled with treasures from the Emerald Isle, and it has a double bed, dresser, a full closet, a recliner, and a pair of antique night stands. The full bathroom downstairs is known as the Blue Bathroom with bath toys in the closet, just in case! Enjoy the sandy beach, no need to bring chairs or pails we have it all with an outdoor activity closet. There’s all you need for a variety of outdoor games and activities from croquet, badminton, and whiffle ball, to sand toys, boogie boards, and squirt guns. We offer a fully stocked chair closet that has sand chairs, lawn chairs, beach chairs and a rocking chair. Our yard is very spacious, so there’s enough yard to enjoy all sorts of activities. The colorful Adirondack seats are a wonderful and peaceful spot to just sit among the natural beauty that our yard offers.
The house is beautifully cross-ventilated with a fan in each bedroom. There’s a two car garage with an automatic opener, room for four more cars in the driveway, and on-street parking as well. All in all, there are beds for 11, and couches and recliners for 7 more.
The beach has a slow, gentle grade excellent for wading or swimming, and it’s right at the foot of Hill Street. There’s a much larger beach 0.3 miles away, and it’s a beautiful walk past manicured lawns and gardens, a boat dock, and a duck pond. On your way back from the beach, don’t miss the outdoor shower to rinse off!
This house is wonderful for the yearly vacation, a family reunion, a couples getaway, a company retreat, and so much more. Whether your adventures take you on the Cape or off, this is the perfect HQ for everyone.

Due to COVID-19, gatherings of greater than 25 are not allowed. This property is excellent for family reunions or special gatherings. BBQ grill on premise. Lots of toys, games and sand buckets and shovels. Beach chairs on premise for your use as well as bicycles. Off street parking for 3 vehicles.
Last house on a dead end street, with only 5 other homes. At the bottom of our driveway you can see the water with a short walk to our semi-private beach. Calm water with an easy incline. You will drive right past our beach just as you turn left into our street. A mere 100 yards to the ocean. Our back yard is overlooking a beautiful serene traditional Cape Cod scenery and wildlife. A birders paradise for sure.
For the general area, there are a few bikes that are provided. The best means of transportation would be a car, but this is wonderful neighborhood with lots of roaming around to be had. Weather it is the streets enjoying the eclectic houses or the beach. Or cycling. Hop in the car and go down and have a delicious breakfast at the corner cafe. Many selections and variety of restaurants nearby.
