And for those who need to get some work done, an office area with desk is perched overlooking the living room. For additional sleeping options, the cozy lower level features a queen-size futon. A three-zone A/C system keeps you cool during the hottest days, and a five-zone heating system keeps you comfy on chilly fall nights.
In addition to the fully equipped chef's kitchen, there's a gas grill on the patio where you can cook as well as relax surrounded by flowering gardens.
A short 3-4 minute walk to the end of Pearl St brings you to Provincetown Harbor Beach. Enjoy the sunrises and beach walks before heading up to the Dickinson Condo's 3rd floor deck to view the sun as it sets over the National Seashore and the Province Lands.  The unit comes with parking for one car. Additional parking is available either on-street or in a Town lot.  The history is palpable in this neighborhood, currently home to artists, writers, and performers. And the Provincetown of today is just down the street where you'll find the heart of Provincetown's Gallery District, including the Provincetown Art Association and Museum (PAAM), The Fine Arts Work Center, and numerous individual East End galleries as well as such beloved Provincetown destinations as Wired Puppy, The Mews, Harbor Lounge, and, of course, Provincetown Harbor. About the neighbourhood
There is no place like Provincetown in the summer. Full of exciting people, entertainment, food and natural beauty. Our place is close to everything, but is steps from the Gallery district in the East End. Walk to PAAM or the Fine Arts Work Center for fine art. Walk to Cape Cod's finest restaurant - The Mews. Or have a drink at Harbor Lounge down the street, voted one of the best bars on Cape Cod.
How to get there
A couple of ways for hassle free travel to Ptown. Rail Take Amtrak to Boston's South Station. From there, the Ptown ferry (either Bay State Cruise or Boston Harbor Ferry) has terminals within walking distance. Or its a very short cab ride away. Once you land in Provincetown, there are plenty of cabs to take you to the condo. Air Cape Air now offers flights from Westchester County Airport directly to Provincetown's Airport. There is also flights from NYC's JFK airport to Hyannis Airport, where you can then take a bus up to the Cape to Provincetown. Car The Cape tends to get full of traffic during weekends. Plan ahead and leave very very early or very very late. :) But it certainly is doable. Driving time from NYC is approximately 5 hrs.
