This 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Chatham retreat is perfect for vacationers looking for a beach getaway with a little privacy. Located about a mile from popular Ridgevale Beach, this property has an open floor plan and living area with high ceilings. A spacious patio with great lighting provides the perfect space for nights filled with outdoor dining and lawn games. The backyard space is fully fenced in with provides some nice privacy. The primary Queen bedroom is located on the main floor and has an ensuite full bathroom. The other two additional bedrooms are located off of the upstairs loft with another full bathroom. Beautifully maintained property!

Lovely Cape style house decorated in a "Beach" theme very tastefully done to the point of being kitschy. Super clean and meticulously maintained. Replete with every amenity that you would need for the beach to a lobster feast! Very open architecture in the house. Large bed rooms and adequate bathrooms. A nicely enclosed backyard. Perfect to let kids run around in AND a fire pit for somoras! Nice location for easy access to Chatham beaches and the Stop&Shop. In our opinion, there were no down sides to this property. We have already booked next year!
