Come stay at: 'Place on the Cape'. Central AC, free WiFi, and a spacious backyard with this ranch-style Cape Cod Vacation Rental home in South Harwich. Easy one level living with bedrooms, baths, kitchen, and living area on the main floor. Central AC Hardwood floors throughout the home. When you enter this home you will find yourself in the living room which offers plenty of seating and has a large bay window to allow light to flow in. There is a TV and DVD player for your entertainment. Extra Guests-no problem there is a Queen Sleep Sofa in this room too. The eat-in kitchen, located off of the living room, offers dining for 6 and is fully equipped. Off of the kitchen is a door to a garage which is convenient and easy to store bikes and beach gear. Down the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. On the left is a full bathroom with a shower and tub. Bedroom #1 is also located on the left and has a Queen bed and a full en suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #2, located straight ahead at the end of the hall, has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #3, on the right of the hall offers a Double bed and a set of Twin Bunks. Down the stairs to the lower level, there is a finished area that has comfy seating, a TV, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. In the kitchen/dining area you will find sliding glass doors that open to a deck that offers dining for 6 at a patio table with an umbrella and a gas grill to prepare a delicious backyard barbeque on a warm summer night. While you dine in summer style, look out to the spacious backyard. To the right of the back deck, there is a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash away a day well spent at Red River Beach, only 1.2 Miles away! This home offers Lock Box for your convenience with a 4 pm Check-In/9 am Check-Out. NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home. Max parking of cars at property: 3. No parking on lawn anytime. Additional Information to Assist You: During Peak 2020 Summer Season (from June 12 until July 3) a 7 night Friday to Friday Reservation is Required. (From July 11 to first week in September) a 7 night Saturday - Saturday rental reservation is required. Some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay. Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate. You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request. To Book a Reservation: We accept Visa or Mastercard only. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. We can help you with that upon reservation confirmation. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. We do not charge a departure cleaning fee. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. If you prefer for our cleaners to take care of the basic check out list, this can be arranged for a fee of $100-$300+ (depending on the condition and size of the home) that can be billed to your credit card for your convenience.
