Traditional-style cottage, very close to the Wild Atlantic Way. Three double bedrooms, one en-suite, one family bathroom. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen . Large garden. Wonderful views from kitchen and sitting room. Turf fire. Very quiet private road.Overlooking Cross Strand and Carrowniskey beach and Clare Island with spectacular views of Croagh Patrick. Surfing, fishing, horse riding, all within a very short distance. Good base for touring Connemara . 30 mins from Westport for live music and good restaurants. Short drive to Louisburgh for shops, pubs, restaurants. 20 minute walk to local pub.

The cottage is in a remote area, but the views of Clare Island and Croagh Patrick are to die for! We found our stay really really pleasant. The beds are not too big, so if you are on the heavy side, the mattresses are not...More

Perfect for our family. Spotlessly clean and a well stocked kitchen. Bonus of a lovely playground just a short distance down the road. The weather played ball so got to use the lovely beaches a short drive away.
