There is also a huge lanai for shade and a poolside half bath. Unwind at the tiki bar and watch a movie on the 110" projector screen located outside in the lanai. The home is located on a rare lot in a prime location, next to a large landscaped area for greater privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Smeg toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Spacious open-planned floor plan. The dining area has seating for 8. The breakfast bar also has 4 bar stools. The living room has a huge 72" fan.
