The Family Area – is situated at the back of the home with views to the pool and includes a Flat Screen television and plenty of comfortable seating to gather and watch a film or a sporting event or to relax after a day out. Games Room – Located in the garage and boasts a pool table. The outside space features an expansive deck area with a good-sized pool and spa plus sun loungers where you can bask in the glorious Florida sunshine and unwind with a good book while your children have a fun in the pool. For those who appreciate outdoor dining, a covered lanai awaits with a set of table and chairs and additional comfortable seating. Here, you can indulge in the pleasures of al fresco meals or even a cocktail enjoyed under the sparkling night sky. ALL OUR HOMES HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES INCLUDING A WASHER AND DRYER FREE WIFI AND CABLE TV PLUS FREE US AND CANADA CALLS Upstairs Den – with a crisp white décor and striking blue feature wall, comfortable seating, and a Flat Screen TV. The den also has access to a shared bathroom consisting of a bath with shower and single basin unit. Bedroom 1 - King Suite – Situated downstairs with beautiful pastel shades with a Flat Screen television, Ceiling Fan and stunning Ensuite Facilities of a bath and separate shower with a single basin unit. Bedroom 2 - King Suite – Situated upstairs decorated in a gorgeous Mickey Mouse theme that also enjoys a Flat Screen television, Ceiling Fan and matching Ensuite Facilities of a Bath with Shower and a single basin unit. Bedroom 3 - King Suite – Located upstairs in a beautiful white and blue décor with Star Wars decorations, a television, ceiling fan and Ensuite Facilities of a Bath with shower and a single basin unit. Bedroom 4 - King Suite – Located upstairs with a crisp white décor and blue undertones has a Television, Ceiling Fan and Ensuite Facilities of a Bath with shower and single basin unit. Bedroom 5 – Twin room boasting pastel bunk beds and Disney Princess Theme – Located upstairs with a TV and a shared bathroom consisting of a bath with shower and single basin unit. This room has a stunning Disney Feature wall and is a perfect room for the Disney Princess fans amongst you. Bedroom 6 - Twin Bedroom - Located upstairs and is a unique Avengers styled room with two sets of bunkbeds in a custom-built surround and lighting. The room has a Television and offers a truly extraordinary experience. Resort Facilities: The resort facilities are run by a third party Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities Policies - Full guest list required 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in - Swim at your Own Risk - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time - Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more - Must be at least 28 years old to book - Photo ID required before check-in - Full list of guests required before check-in - Pool Heat is required to heat the spa - Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot. - Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading - Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room) - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
