Sunset Breeze is situated directly on the east shore of beautiful Brevort Lake in Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula. Evening sunsets are spectacular and you won't get enough of them.
This cottage features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a sunroom, full kitchen, laundry room and is steps to great sandy swimming, perfect for children. There is a nice bonfire area in the front next to the lake, satellite TV, and wi-fi internet. Enjoy the enclosed lakeside porch for reading a book, eating breakfast or just gazing at the lake and incredible views. Note: 3rd bedroom is small den-type room with full bed, skylight only.

Quiet, lots of room
Older house but included everything we needed. The rowboat is there for your use as well as a grill and a couple kids bikes in the garage. The layout is kind of odd, to get to the front bedroom you have to go through another room; BUT there is a deck with a sliding door off the front room so we just used the sliding door and went around through the front door of the house instead of going through the other bedroom. Plenty of cookware and seating. The lake is very quiet and very shallow. The kids went a long ways out and still it was only about 3 ft deep. Would be great for small kids. The only negatives for us were that the internet was slow, which wasn’t a big deal; and the house had a terrible musty smell when we first arrived. We opened all the windows and it did get better, but that would probably be a deal breaker if you have asthma or some type of breathing issue that would be affected by that.

Amazing house with amazing view if lake
We loved this house. It was very spacious, plenty of seating in living and family rooms. Loved sitting on deck each night watching the sunset over the lake. Just beautiful.

ORV Trail System right up the road. Sand Dunes Cross Country Ski and Hiking Trail System just 5 min.
North Country Trails 5 min.
Hiawatha National Forest
