This beautiful comfortable villa is nestled in the forest of Landes. Suitable for all groups whether you are a looking for a retreat from your stressful lifestyle to simply a family holiday with your entire family from your baby to grandparents.
Our professional surf instructor and surf guide is always available for lessons or to show you where the best surfing spots are.

Excellent location and the house with all the required amenities, including large pool which really came in handy during hot summer days. Short walk to the beach and a lovely, tranquil position in the Le Penon forest. Came with a group of friends on a surfing trip. The house is absolutely ideal for large groups of people/families. Highly recommended.

Will definitely come back again!
Thank you very much for letting us stay in your wonderful house. It was very accommodating, especially for our large family. It was a fantastic holiday. Hossegor is great place to visit and the house is nice and close to the beach. We will definitely be back again.

A refaire sans hésiter !
Merci encore pour cette location!
J'ai passé un très bon moment dans cette villa pour les fêtes de fin d'année ! J'ai loué la chambre au rez-de-jardin pour 2 . La villa est vraiment magnifique ! Le cadre idyllique (balade dans la forêt, la mer est vraiment très proche même à pied), les hôtes très accueillants ! Je recommande vraiment !

Nous avons réservé pour une réunion de famille (8 pers). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil très sympathique des gérants. La maison est située au calme et non loin de la mer, en plein forêt de pins. Elle est très grande et la disposition des pièces a permis à chacun de vivre à son rythme (on ne se levait pas et on ne se couchait pas aux mêmes heures sans gêner les autres). La vaste pièce à vivre nous a permis de nous réunir pour des moments très sympas devant un feu de cheminé. Grand confort, literie de qualité, jardin avec piscine (dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter vu la température extérieure). C'est dit, nous y retournerons en été s'est sûr ! Séjour très reposant en hiver et le petit plus : mon mari m'a offert des séances de yoga qui m'ont été dispensées sur place.

Amazing beach home
I recently visited this fantastic Villa! The house had everything we needed and was walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa had tons of surfboards and wetsuits which we made use of! There was also a weeber which we used on the patio every night. We were surrounded by many gorgeous trees which gave us the privacy we wanted. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and we spent many a nights making cheese and duck pate boards which we obtained from the local intermache and sipping on some stunning French wines. The bedrooms were tastefully styled and the beds were unbelievably comfortable with window shutters which kept the light out to ensure a peaceful sleep. All in all we had a lovely stay and i cant wait to go back!

Perfect holiday villa for the family
Absolutely love this place, this would be my second time staying in this beautiful villa. Its very spacious, beautifully looked after with everything you need and is tucked between a beautiful forest! Only a short walk away from one of the main surfing beaches and shopping village. It's has a big pool and lounging area for the family to spend time around and was once again was the perfect beach holiday. Thanks to the owners for ensuring we had a relaxing stay! We will be back.

Fun-tastic holiday house!
My family of 5 had an amazing 2 week stay at The Villa in July ‘18. The location is ideal for a well rounded experience of the Seignosse / Hossegor region. A quick bike ride or walk down to Le Penon beach for a meal, drink, shopping, surf, skate or day at the water park; so many options. A little bit further north and south are all sorts of other great surf breaks including Les Bourdaines, Les Estagnots and Casernes.
The house is spacious and could easily accommodate multiple families, couples or groups of friends. It has a very well equipped kitchen, many comfortable beds, sitting and eating areas, a good sized TV and a stereo system you can connect to via Bluetooth. It has an awesome pool (surrounded by a gate), a yoga or workout studio (!!), outdoor lounging areas, BBQ, a surf/SUP storage room, a board shed and off-street parking spots for several vehicles.
The views into the forest behind are magical and change with the various lighting all day. So quiet and peaceful and just good vibes all the way around. The hosts are wonderful people that were so helpful in getting us plugged into all the fun and adventures in the area. Highly recommended!!
