A unigue home that is attached but private from the owners home which we occupy. Fully equipped to allow you to function as though you were at home. Beautiful new kitchen, allows meal prep if you want to avoid eating out. Full laundry in case you have need ( we supply all linens and take care of them at the end of your stay, you're here for vacation not chores ). Plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and the beds are very comfortable. Decor is colorful; what we call California Bright. Being relatively new to renting our home, we have tried to anticipate every guest need and provided for it. Being that we live on the same property, we try to make sure you have full privacy, yet are readily available for any questions. We look forward to you and family or friends being our guests...A unigue home that is attached but private from the owners home which we occupy. This is the peak season in this area and there is much to see and do. Additional days which go into the week are priced at a lower rate if you wish to extend your stay. It is suggested to make that decision soon as bookings are now picking up as people plan there summers in the north.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.
Holiday rental reviews collected via the VRBO website (formerly Homeaway) and syndicated to the Tripadvisor website are not currently subject to Tripadvisor’s standard moderation processes.

Eagle Ranch: My Weekend in Heaven
When I first came to Eagle Ranch on Friday of mid-June, I had already experienced the vacation from hades… I would caution you not to ask, or at least skip past this section. Being no stranger to camping, thanks to a brother with strange tastes, I found myself roughting it behond my darkest nightmares; shut into a tiny, humid log cabin that was rife with humidity, sparse facilities that gave new meaning to the word “Spartan, and dust-mites that even a double-dose of Benedryl did little to abate. While my brother expected himself and me to share the place for the weekend, the situation worsened… don’t ask. As luck would have it, the rest of my family was planning to come to Eagle Ranch on Saturday, having a duplex house with one for residence and the other for lodging. After ringing doorbell to meet Keith and ask about parking etc, I was met by an angelic-looking lady wearing white, and I introduced myself and said I was to ask for Keith-- who was along soon, a Zeus-like gentleman dressed in white also. I was shown the entrance of the rental home, and upon entering, I was struck by the sudden impression that this was no rental home, but perhaps I had slipped the bonds of Earth and landed in paradise; and that the couple I had met were actually angels there to welcome me, and show me to my celestial reward. The interior could not be described, with the circular open feng-shui living room with high ceiling, full open kitchen with skylight and circular dining-area, full laundry-room with washer-dryer, rear deck and patio with gas-grill, and master bedroom with bathroom, and two additional bed rooms (one adult and one for two children) with common bath; and I was doubting such a beautiful place could be real at this price, and thought this could be any Earthy manifestation. And when I looked in the dining table, underneath the personalized letter to my brother, Bruce McCandliss r: A heart-shapes plate of chocolate-chip cookies, with the inscription" "May your lives be blessed with health, love and happiness." Then, I knew it for sure. I guess All's well that ends well! Brian McCandliss
