What a wonderful treat!
I had the pleasure of staying at the Bethnal retreat with my dog last week. It was exactly what I was looking for. A beautiful, peaceful environment surrounded by nature and wildlife.
The owners have thought of everything. The bed and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. The stocked larder and pantry meant if you'd forgotten anything there was plenty of choice for food, drinks or treats. My pup Artie soon sniffed out a treat for himself in the cabinet so of course I couldn't say no 🥰.
The jacuzzi was heaven. I played badminton. Walks were heavenly.
When I left I took with me 6 fresh eggs 😍
I will definitely be back

Bethnal stay! 10/10
The weekend was amazing from start to finish. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating (we booked a day before). Bed was like a cloud, the pantry had the best options and the ease of having meals ready to cook was a great addition! The outdoor bath was amazing, even with the bad weather it was so cosy and quiet we can’t wait to return!!

AMAZING!!!!!
Amazing place! We loved every minute of it. The decor was so cool and unique. The owners had thought of absolutely everything, from the food and drink to the bath bombs and their recommendations. The area was lovely and the pub called the sword in hand is definitely worth a visit too! The steaks we had delivered were incredible. We will certainly be back! Thank you Bethnal & Bec for an unforgettable experience!

Take me back!!!!
Take two exhausted ragged parents drop them off to the wonderful Bethnal & Bec and oh my…. Chris & Vicky have thought of everything- it is idlyic. If you need to have head space, relax and feel completely chilled then go.
We spent two nights in Bethnal and was lucky to have a night in the Foaling Box . I am missing it already and cannot wait to go back! Thank you both and the children for a wonderful break x

The best staycation!
Not a single thing , hadn’t been thought of or catered for! This is one of the best staycation I can even imagine taking. Just an hour or outside of London, my partner and I stayed for a a weekend to relax and recharge and it was perfect. The communication beforehand was amazing with lots of recommendations on things to do locally as well as lots of how to vids on how to make all the tech and amenities work whilst you are there. My partner ed and I did a little shop before hand and had one of the pre-orderered food box, which was fantastic. The breakfast box, the teas and coffee and free tipple were just really lovely thoughtful touches and the honesty pantry is fab if you didn’t bring your own stuff or just fancy a treat and most if not all of the items were supporting other local business which is just fab too. Everything about this place was just so comfy and romantic, I will not stop telling my friends about here and will definitely be booking again.

Magical staycation of dreams 💘
This was my 6th time staying in Bethnal. It is truly my happy place. Vicky and Chris have thought about all the little touches that make a staycation/retreat magical and special. The comfort levels are top tier! Bethnal and Bec provides fun (games, vinyls, big screens, pizza oven, jacuzzis, a cheeky tipple) with romance and serenity. I’ve been as a solo traveller with my pooch, but also in a couple. Both experiences are just as lovely. It is peaceful and lovely in the meadow/paddock and you have amazing walks and pubs on your doorstep. cant recommend enough ❤️

Cosy staycation
I enjoyed a wonderful solo staycation at Bethnal which is such a stylish place to spend some time. The little touches such as the breakfast box and staples larder made things simple. The whole apartment made me feel cocooned and I loved it. I also booked a facial & massage from Tiny House Retreats which were on the extensive list of extras and suggestions to be found in the guest book. It was the perfect place to take some time out from life.

Amazing !!
What a fantastic staycation we had!! Would highly recommend as our stay was amazing from start to finish. I told Chris that I wish I'd brought a dog with me just so we could take advantage of all the things they'd prepared for the pets. The jacuzzi outside was used extensively even in the cold January air. Do yourself a favour and get to bethnal and bec x

Complete hibernation
My partner and I have just returned from a short break away.
We live in Central London so were looking for complete hibernation.
We had planned on going for walks in the country and nice pub lunches but ended up not leaving the retreat. We literally hid away playing music, games, eating and drinking. We loved the hot tub even though it was raining we sat outside for hours.
The App provided with all the instructions was a brilliant idea. The honest pantry was a great idea. The hosts literally thought of everything.
We had a fabulous break away. We will definitely be back in the summer.
