Dining area - high chair available
Sunny patio for outside eating and relaxation.  Floral gardens.
Wellies are everywhere on a farm! and very useful!  Sweet smelling roses.
North side of cottages.  Plenty of parking in front of cottages.  All size vehicles welcome
Optional farmhouse breakfasts available 24hrs notice treat yourself to a morning off!
Farm entrance - look out for the signs as you approach the farm
Owl Hayes - famous Honiton pottery name plate.
Games Barn - table tennis, pool and bar skittles
Bluebells on hedgerows and views across valley to the farm

Stayed in August with family inc. 2 children (9 and 11).Lovely welcome by Sally on arrival.Cottage has everything family requires for summer holiday.Play barn handy for energetic children and Richard was more than happy to facilitate our daughter to feed newly born calves in the mornings. I visited this cottage with a friend for a 3 night walking holiday. Owl Hayes is ideally situated for exploring the south Devon coast. Railway: Honiton: 4.0 km
From M5 take J28 Cullompton onto A373, go 7 miles. We are at bottom of steep hill on right hand side with a post & rail fence entrance. If you go past the Awliscombe entrance village sign you have gone too far!

From A30 or A303 go into Honiton town centre. At the traffic lights take a right hand onto A373 heading towards Cullompton. Go 2.5 miles to find the farm. You will have travelled through the village of Awliscombe with the Hall, Pub, School and Church all on the right hand side. When you come out of the village the other end you will go over a flat river bridge and the farm is immediately on the left hand side with a post & rail fence entrance. Look out for the Pedigree Cattle sign.
