House Rental
The whole place is brand new modernly renovated brick house in a lovely quiet court but within minutes of walking distance from local amenities. Bus, tram and freeway are all located nearby:Westfield Shopping Centre, Box Hill Central, Melbourne CBD within easy 15-20 drive.
This unit is on ground floor and we are living on the first floor. Both units have separate entrances, kitchens, bathrooms and toilets. This unit is newly renovated inside, in a safe area and friendly neighbourhood as well as the convenience of all local amenities such as cafes, restaurants, parks, Aldi supermarket, bus, freeway. Parking on driveway or plenty of on street parking available right in front of the unit.

Simple cooking only(no excessive cooking, strong odors or greasy food; extra cleaning fee will apply if additional time taken to clean the kitchen). Smoking outside the house only and butts into the ashtray. Pets will only be allowed if permission granted prior to booking.
