Welcome to Malone's Guest House!
We offer a cozy, relaxing, and private guest house just outside of Wadena. Our guest house has one bedroom and one bathroom (shower/tub) on the main floor and four bedrooms with a bathroom (shower) on the second floor. A full kitchen is provided, along with access to fresh produce from the garden and eggs from the chickens when available.
Large windows throughout the house provide a great view of the countryside, where deer and turkeys are common sights. A big yard provides ample parking room for all the guests.
Outside of the house, several hundred acres available for four-wheeling, horseback riding, and snowmobiling. There are also country trails and mountain biking trails nearby. Across the road from the guesthouse sits a running creek and pond...

Perfect country home with lots of fun activities!
Every year for our spring break my sister and I go on an "adventure" with my grandparents. This year we spent the night here. It was a great property that had lots of space for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed getting fresh eggs from the chicken coop behind the house. We liked that they had a cabinet of games as well as a "library" of movies. We had fun at the farm seeing the sheep/lambs and kittens. We hope to come again in the summer so we can enjoy kayaking and tubing on the creek and the fire pit! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location for a Cozy Gal's Weekend!
This gorgeous, historic farmhouse has been attentively updated to offer modern amenities and is so tastefully decorated! We enjoyed a fantastic girls night lounging on the couches in front of the Christmas tree! The large kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and so, so many fun antique and vintage dishes!
The beds were comfy and the house was so cozy! I felt like a kid having a sleepover on my grandparent's farm. All of the little touches were noticed and appreciated!
My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! We already have plans to make this an annual event!
