The complex has a security gate. The property is close to South Beach, a beautiful beach & it's park with BBQ's (10 min walk, short drive with easy parking), Fremantle Sailing Club, Cycle path to Fremantle, Fremantle Cappuccino Strip, Fremantle Markets & Fishing Boat Harbour and shops.

Manning Park is nearby and a huge space to picnic and for children to play and BBQ.
Getting around
Local bus stop is located across the road, Bus takes 10-15 minutes into Fremantle where the train departs to Perth City, approx 30 mins.

Perth's public transport is a little slow in the suburbs compared to a lot of places in the world. It is best to have a car to get around more efficiently. There's a lot of free/cheap parking around Fremantle. Elsewhere is free like at all beaches and roadsides except in the centre of town.
It's a good run from the airport to Fremantle area, not too much traffic. There are several routes, Horrie Miller Drive then onto Leach Highway is probably the best as it's the most direct.
There is bus stop across the road that goes to Fremantle centre.
