Situated in Pueblo Valtocado, a spectacular residential area located high on Mijas Mountain and less than a five minutes drive from the renowned village of Mijas the house offers three well-appointed bedrooms with three bathrooms and sleeps up to six adults in comfort.

Set over two floors, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the upper level with the living area, dining area and kitchen plus additional bathroom and WC on the ground floor level.

There are two terraces, both offering stunning, unobstructed mountain and sea views across the surrounding countryside with the coast of Africa visible on clear days. The upper terrace has table and four chairs whilst the main terrace/patio is supplied with BBQ, sun beds, parasols and external sofa, dining table and chairs for six.

The house is situated in a small complex of 35 properties set in a tranquil location surrounded by stunning countryside and views in all directions.

The complex is made up of a mixture of nationalities, both residents and holidaymakers, some retired and some with young families which all create a safe, welcoming and friendly environment for your holiday stay.

There is a lovely pool surrounded by an inviting paved and grassed area with a backdrop of the mountains and also an additional grass area for childrens play. A friendly tapas bar is a few minutes stroll away plus beautiful walks amongst pines and wild almond, olive and orange trees.
