Holiday Rental House
This is a shared accommodation as I live here in the winter. I rent out one of the bedrooms and enjoy meeting the interesting people who come to stay n Sayulita! Another listing will show you the rental for the summer when it is a whole house rental. My home is in a quieter neighbourhood with a cobbled street. It is still only a 9 minute walk to the beach and on the way you have all the shopping you need. My view is of jungle and mountains and allows for morning sun on the extensive outdoor covered patio or by the pool. Gardens surround the pool and you may be lucky enough to be here when the bananas are ripe! If you have rented a car or a golf cart you can find parking at the house. Terms of the agreement: 1. The landlords and/or house manager have the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Tenants waive all right to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Tenants Shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement. 2. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repair should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The Tenants agree that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if Tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. 3. The Tenants should dispose of waste material generated during the rental period in the trash can provided. The trash can is near the gate and glass, drink cans, plastic bottles and cardboard can go in the bin in the pantry. Tenant is careful not to leave any trash near the outside the house for long periods of time because it attracts animals. 1. The Tenant shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear. 2. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises, without prior consent by the Landlords. 3. The Tenant should not sublet the property. 4. The Tenants shall not have outside guests reside or sleep on the premises. 5. The Tenants shall behave in a civilize manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. 6. There shall be not smoking inside the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the home. 7. The Tenants and Tenants´ Guest shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guest if such coverage is desired. 8. Tenants agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Landlords enforcing this agreement. 9. Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the property, and that Tenants do not intend to make the property a residence or household. 10. WE occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No Refunds or compensation will be given for any outages of power or WiFi or water. 11. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions. 12. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays due to work and family emergencies or other commitments. 13. It is the Tenant's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in the ocean or the pool. Tenants agrees to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim. Tenant is hereby notified that the pool can be dangerous and tenant accepts fully the risks involved. 14. No firearms shall be allowed on the premises. 15. Tenant agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. 16. Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, etc; shall cause termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposit. 17. Tenant is advised that the property contains a gas stove and cooktop, gas water heater and other gas powered items and will seek help from management if the proper operation of such items is not fully understood. 18. About the neighbourhood
The veranda looks out on a green vista in a neighbourhood of lovely houses and Mexican simple houses. The street is cobbled which makes it clean and less dusty. Sayulita is a hilly town so being up a short rise allows breezes and sky views. It is a 7 minute walk on cobbled streets to the center of town. This is a family neighbourhood.
Getting around
Golf carts are available in town and Nancy can help you to rent one if you wish.
