The main level features a sliding wood framed glass door that disappears into the wall when fully open so you can enjoy the open air or close them and still see the magnificent ocean and sunset views. Upstairs features glass doors that opens up to the large ocean view balcony shared by the 2 master suites. The spacious, well-appointed kitchen is designed for your entertaining pleasure. The fully modern equipped kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils you need to prepare anything from meals to margaritas. Main level is an open floor plan with a living room, a dining room seating for 6 that looks out onto the garden, pool, and the ocean. There is an awesome outdoor grill (propane or charcoal) for all your grilling needs. The beach and town are a delightful 2-minute walk via a beautifully landscaped, paved, meandering path. Restaurants, bars, shops, and everything is no more than a 5-minute stroll. TRULY STUNNING POOL!! The swimming pool is HEATED in the cooler months (generally between December and April) and no chlorine or chemicals are used – it is ozone-treated with a touch of salt. The pool features a waterfall and is surrounded by tropical gardens. Just remember, sunsets mean pool time with margaritas, and be ready for the show! **DAILY BREAKFAST INCLUDED! How would you like waking up in the morning, without having to do anything?! Rosa will have coffee ready, fresh fruit out and she will prepare a delicious breakfast for everyone! Please note there is no breakfast or housekeeping on Sunday or holidays. The available menu options are sent prior to your arrival for you to select. We customize the menu for each guests preference. PALAPA Enjoy our rooftop palapa terrace perfect for catching some sun, yoga/meditation, reading, enjoying an afternoon lunch, or sipping your favorite drink while watching the sunset.
