Located at the edge of a pristine stretch of beach at the peaceful north end of town, Villa del Oso offers breathtaking views overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The property is set on a massive 105,000 square feet block with the villa covering 20,000 square feet. The property has been built with meticulous attention to detail. With its exquisite Mexican art-filled interior design, immaculate lush gardens, modern décor, sun-filled rooms and expansive entertaining areas, Villa del Oso is a palatial oasis offering amazing ocean front living.
In addition to the main house, Villa del Oso also offers a private, self-contained, two-story, two-bedroom guesthouse with its own spectacular ocean views. There are a total of seven bedrooms – five in the main house and two in the guesthouse. All room...

Paradise- Gorgeous Villa, wonderful staff, true beach/ocean front, amazing sunsets
Villa del Oso is the best of Sayulita. True ocean front, Walk along the beach to town, bedrooms had great views and ocean breezes or AC if waves get too noisey!, kitchen staff made amazing guacamole and pica de gallo at lunchtime. Loved the Sayulita - great town to experience Mexico since it had great street food (Taco de Ivan) and good restaurants. Sad to be back to work.

Villa de Oso completely surpassed our expectations
Villa de Oso completely surpassed our expectations of a romantic beach villa. We rented Villa de Oso for a week and got married on the beach in front of the villa and had the reception on the lawn. Our entire wedding party was able to stay here. The breakfast food was excellent and the staff and service were incredible and family friendly. We always felt safe as they had a night watch guard who looked over the grounds. Luisa took care of our grocery shopping so the house was stocked with food and beverages upon arrival. Villa de Oso is beach front and it's just far enough from town that you feel like you are on your own beach.
Villa de Oso was a perfect setting for a wedding, the grounds held 130 people with plenty of room for a great reception. Luisa's staff made the yard look incredible and the lit up palm trees we're unforgettable. It is one of the most romantic settings we've ever seen. All of our friends can't stop raving about what a perfect location Villa de Oso was for the wedding.
We highly recommend Villa de Oso.
