Our luxurious beachfront villa in Trocones, Mexico offers you, your family or your group a gorgeous utopia in which to recreate and relax. La Nueva offers 3 master suites. There is one king size, master suite on the upper level with a full bath. Also on the upper level is an office/study that can be converted to another queen bedroom for two; please note there is not a dedicated bathroom for the study when used as an extra queen bedroom. The lower level has two king size, master suites with full baths to include outdoor "rain forest" showers. Additionally, there are 2 half bathrooms on the property. PARADISE!!
A Little taste of paradise on earth! the house is fully equipped for all your needs and friendly staff always in stand by. We loved taking strolls on the beach, building sand castles with the kids, body surfing in the waves (you can find the boogie boards in the house, there are also surf boards, paddle boards and pool toys), and even doing yoga and planks by sunrise :) (Yoga Mats also included in the house)
The open showers are also a great experience! you feel connected with nature and the house has such simple and cozy details that make you feel like home. From the hamaca, to the lounge terrace and the outside grill is perfect for an evening BBQ.
Me and my family had such a great time in this place! It had everything we needed, we only had to enjoy and relax.

The Best Vacation Ever! Beautiful and Relaxing Property and Wonderful Town!
This was our first time ever to the town of Troncones. It took no time for us all (2 couples) to know that this was going to be the best vacation ever! The house, La Nueva, was so over the top beautiful and so tastefully decorated. It was perfectly designed for privacy and relaxation. The house was so nicely appointed with beautiful custom furnishings and tasteful artwork throughout. The sweet couple, Marlen and Juan, that caretake were amazing - always so pleasant and friendly, eager to prepare and cook meals and do laundry when requested. They were there for you! The outdoor showers were a highlight. The infinity pool was amazing to spend time in visiting and watching the most beautiful sunsets every night! We often found ourselves in the pool at night because it was so pleasant. The ocean is unbelievable, too! We tried the surfboards and boogie boards every day - so much fun and lots of laughter! We rented ATVs, went horseback riding and shell-collecting on the beautiful, quiet beach. This was truly Heaven at its best! The people we met in the town of Troncones were all so friendly and interesting to chat with, and we felt so safe everywhere we went.
La Nueva was an amazing place to stay and we cannot wait to return one day. We loved every minute of our time together in Troncones! Highly Recommend this property!

Tranquil + Amenities
I’ve been coming to this town for 20 years and have stayed in many homes. This was amazing! We saw whales nearly everyday from the pool. It is a brand new home with everything you could ask for. It’s the first place I’ve stayed in Troncones with an ice maker. That’s a big deal. Speakers throughout the home and at the pool made our days and nights perfect. Bedrooms offered privacy and the office was great for the little bit of work I did. One of the best places in Troncones.

Spectacular-Magical from the moment we arrived!
We walked though the courtyard, into this stunning home and we knew we had fallen into the lap of luxury. Just past the warm infinity pool, this home sits on an expansive sandy beach, which we basically had all to ourselves! It was perfect for surfing, swimming, boogie boarding and just playing in the sand with the kids. It is very obvious how much this owner cares about his guests. There is so much attention to detail and the house is well supplied with everything you need to have the best vacation ever. He even supplies bikes so you can ride into the town of Troncones, where we felt very safe and welcome. All of our meals were excellent. Admittedly, I was a little leery of traveling to Mexico. Not anymore! I cannot wait to go back. I'm dreaming of being back there-relaxing in the hammock with a good book, overlooking the infinity pool while the sun sets-oh and a margarita! Heaven!!!

We loved this beach house; our stay was perfect
This new, beautifully finished home is right on the beach in a wonderful, idyllic little town. Everything was perfect; the house and grounds have so many extra touches and the staff insured everything was perfect. We loved sitting in the pool, drinking our Margaritas and watching the spectacular sunsets! We hated to leave and can't wait to go back.. Five Stars!!

The location is very good, the beach is clean and with an incredible view! This is an excellent option to stay with an impressive pool. The owner is very attentive and his treatment is very kind. We will visit again!

Troncones is a relatively undeveloped, uncrowded beach village located about 20 miles north west of Zihuatanejo on the coast of the state of Guerrero. It is located in the municipality of La Unión de Isidoro Montes de Oca and has a population of about 593 people.
