Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
Base rate covers up to 12, max number of guests is 16 (with extra guest fees - please see rental agreement for more information). This unit is best suited for 10 adults and 6 kids.
Lazy Bear Lodge, a 6 Bedroom/3 Bath Luxury Chalet is a rustic, waterfront home located right next to our 3-acre amenities area. Watch the kids playing volleyball right from the deck or enjoy some gorgeous lake views. A country get-away, but just minutes from popular locations like Branson and Eureka Springs.

Our chalet is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. This is a three-level home with a full walkout basement. On the main level is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, seating for 8 at the dining table and another 3 at the breakfast bar. There's also a Weber Gas Grill (with propane included) located right outside on the main deck, where there are 2 tables with seating for 6 at each. The living area has charming tongue-and-groove ceilings, solid log pine walls and a floor-to-ceiling Stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake! The two guest rooms on this level both have king beds and share a full bath in the hall.
Another vaulted pine tongue-and-groove ceiling with wood beams showcases the King Master Suite, which makes up the entire upper level. You'll find complete comfort in the Serta presidential suite mattress, a luxury bathroom with a tiled shower, dual vanity sinks and a corner tub.
