BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday.
SEPTEMBER and THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRSITMAS DAY

*Our pools are in operation from May 1st-October 1st. They are heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st.

We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon boat rentals, fishing poles, a swim deck and water bouncer. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent.
Cottage 3
Base rate covers up to 8 guests, 12 is the max allowed with extra guest fees (please see rental agreement for more details). This unit is best suited for 8 adults and 4 kids.
This affordable 5 Bedroom/3 bath Cottage is located right on Table Rock Lake. It's also right in the middle of a fun filled resort with tons of free amenities just outside your door. The floors, decking and much more have just been newly updated! We hope you find this home a place to have fun and relax with family and friends in the quiet Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, but just a short drive away from a wide array of Branson entertainment.

Our cottages were the original units on the resort. They are older, but are newly updated with new floors, decking and much more. Even with the updates, we still offer them at a “cost friendly” rate. You will have a great vacation and enjoy all the incredible amenities at a price well under that of our luxury units. This is a split-level home with steps at the entrance. Upstairs leads you to the dining room (seating for 6), living room, kitchen, and Queen Master bedroom. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything you could need for making a great meal. Outside the living room is a 12x24 deck with a 6 person patio dining set and a view of our cove. The Master bedroom has an attached bath with granite counter tops and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the four downstairs bedrooms have queen size
