OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. NO 1 NIGHT STAYS NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) Upstairs are 2 king suites with full luxury baths. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a fantastic view of the lake. Between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. And for the little ones that want to be close to Mom and Dad, there is a futon with a TV in the loft area right outside the Master suites. One guest bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. The other has a full over queen bunk bed. These guestrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. There is also a half bath in the hall.
