Each Morning enjoy your free Cornish breakfast in the communal dinning room, we welcome guest to relax either in their rooms or take advantage of the communal lounge which has a stereo, TV & DVD Player. Guests can also enjoy the Bush Valley views from the large decking area or cosy summer house or take advantage of the surrounding gardens to enjoy a cup of tea at the end of a busy day.
Bosvean House also has an outside kitchen area with a gas BBQ that can either be used by guest for dining either lunch & diner or just a place to relax with a glass of wine.
In the grounds of Bosvean house sits a detached self contained cottage which is available all year round, it has a comfortable open plan kitchen, lounge with a bathroom just off of it. Upstairs is a large double bedroom. It has a small garden with views over the adjoining countryside and surrounded by an abundance of wildlife.
In the morning your wake-up call will be the sounds of the local birds and lambs calling. The views are stunning with the bedrooms looking out over open countryside its a walkers paradise with no better way to explore the area right on your doorstep.
A short walk along the bridleway with views of the Ocean, where the bed & Breakfast and cottage sit, takes you into the quaint town of Stratton where you will find the Tree Inn restaurant and bar, and the Kings arms pub for local dining and traditional Cornish and Devon ales. There is also an eclectic mix of restaurants and wine bars in Bude Town centres along with fantastic beaches which can be reached within a 5 minutes drive.

Bosvean is a secret haven, set in unspoilt countryside.
Bosvean House is a peaceful, comfortable and most of all very welcoming family run B&B. We felt very welcome and splendidly cared for. The breakfasts, cooked by Colin, were were beautifully presented and so well-cooked. I like the fact that Hollie and Charlene use local produce whenever possible and keep their own hens for the eggs. I also appreciate their ability to cope with most dietary requirements as a matter of course. We had some lively conversations and even though we were only with them for two days, we parted as friends. When we need a break again we know where to go now. We thoroughly and confidently recommend this B.&B., knowing that people will not be disappointed.

A stunning place to stay
Tucked away in Bush just outside Bude. A stunning B&B that would give most top hotels a run for there money. We had a fantastic welcome when we arrived by a lovely lady Hollie. She showed us to our room, which was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, including the en-suit which had a large walk in shower. All toiletries were supplied and plenty of towels for us to use. There is also plenty of Tea & Coffee and fresh milk.
We had a beautiful view from our room across the valley and fields.
Outside there is a decking area and a summer house again over looking the valley and fields, it was lovely sitting there of an evening with a beer watching the sun go down. There is a BBQ if you fancy cooking your own evening meal and a fridge for you to cool your beer. There are chickens outside in the garden belonging to the owners which make a tasty breakfast all freshly cooking by Colin. There is a fantastic choice of breakfast from full english, to something on toast, porridge, fresh fruit, yogurts, plenty of tea & Coffee and orange juice, etc, oh an Charlene make the most amazing muffins. There is also plenty of choice if you are vegetarian or need gluten free varieties. Nothing at all is to much trouble. I’ve probably forgotten to mention loads of things buy would highly recommend Bosvean House, we will be staying there again. Hollie, Colin, Charlene are fantastic people who not only look after you as a guest of their B&B but are happy to chat and are great company.

A Hidden Gem
Had a first class experience with regards the hosts the location the accommodation and facilities.
Breakfast is very good witha wide selection to choose from. The summer house is a great place to rest and relax.
Great value in all aspects and would recommend to anyone looking to explore the North Corwall coast.

Bude Town Center and the Local Beaches are about 2.5 miles away. Bosvean House is ideally placed to explore towns and villages in both Cornwall and Devon. Approximately Half an hour along the Atlantic coast road will transport you to the legendary village of Tintagel, home to King Arthur, and to the picturesque harbours of Boscastle and Port Isaac, also the fictional village of Portwenn where they filmed the popular Doc Martin series. North of Bude you will find the wild beauty of Morwenstow , the unique historic village of Clovelly and the dramatic Hartland Peninsula with it’s diverse landscape & marine wild life. Larger towns, such as Launceston, Tavistock, Holsworthy, Bideford and Wadebridge are all within easy reach
