Good location, clean, a bit spartan
Rented through Berger. Short walk to beach and boards and lots of downtown food options. Place is new, clean and what is there is in good shape, e.g., beds, couches. Furniture is somewhat limited. No coffee table or end tables leave one wondering where to put a drink down. Bedrooms have limited clothes storage and night stands/tables, bed side lamps. The stools shown in photos aren’t there any more, some folding chairs in closet. Good news is tv has been upgraded from photos. Kitchen lacks full sets of most things, e.g., only 7 mismatched forks, no large carving knife. Bring a bath mat. The bones are there, but a little more would make this a great beach rental.
