Large comfy house
This big nicely decorated house was exactly what our family of 7 plus a 9 lb dog needed. It has a lot of indoor and outdoor space. It is walkable to beach, boardwalk, playground, and bay. The 2 bathrooms and den are a bonus! We hope to go there again soon.

Wonderful
Just got back from a week’s stay at the beach. This house is all you could ask for. Kitchen is well stocked, spacious living room, dining room, den and bedrooms. Washer and dryer, beach tags provided, fenced in yard, pet friendly. I have rented this house in the past and hoping to again next summer. Eric is a fabulous host and responds in a timely manner. We loved it!!!

Best rental around
This house was everything we could have asked for. It's only two blocks from the boardwalk and beach and less than 15 minute drive from everything else you might need. It was roomy and spacious, but cozy. The beach decor was perfect. Excellent backyard and second floor deck. Renting from Eric was as great as his rental property. 12/10 would rent from him and this house again. Other places around had unreal restrictions and crazy prices. This home definitely made the vacation that more special.

Perfect Seaside Heights summer house rental!
I was looking for a summer house rental that was pet friendly in Seaside Heights, New Jersey and I was lucky enough to find Eric's rental home. This house is located on a quiet street only blocks away from the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. This street has plenty of parking and because of its location you really don't need to use your car. This house also has a fenced-in backyard which was a bonus! There were two air conditioning units downstairs... that kept the entire downstairs cool in the month of July and each bedroom upstairs also had their own air conditioning unit. If you like grilling there's a grill in the backyard. The dining room had seating for 8 and there were two separate downstairs living spaces with TVs... in case you need a break from family! Eric also provides beach badges to use while you are visiting which was a happy surprise! There is a grocery store less than a five-minute drive by car and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this home as a summer beach rental 🙂

House review
I rented this house with 6 of my friends and we had an amazing time. The house was perfect, had plenty of room. There was plenty of parking on the block and it was perfect distance from the beach! Eric was great and helpful throughout the whole trip, we definitely would rent again.

Awesome Seaside Heights Rental Close to Beach and Boardwalk
We rented from Eric Chappell Aug 12 sat to Aug 19 th sat. And we just got back home today and wanted to leave him a review. Me and my wife are very fussy. And this place is perfectly located two blocks for the north end of the boardwalk. So it is a short walk to beach and boards. Acme is 10 min walk north.
I never moved my vehicle the whole week which I really liked. My wife loves to cook. And this place had the most complete and great condition cookware and accessories out of all the rentals we ever used. We have a 14 lb Westie and it was perfect for her also. The property is completely fenced in and there is grass in the back for her to do her business. There is plenty of room for large families. The whole first floor looks all redone and is in great condition with two family rooms, large dining room and huge kitchen with washer and dryer. It really has everything needed for a great vacation. And Eric is just a text away and always answered our questions. We will be sure to come back next year to this rental. I highly recommend it.

Amazing!
We were so grateful to find the perfect place to accommodate my daughter's 5 month old puppy! Having an extra family room in the back of the house was a bonus. There is a park right down the street, too. The rental was clean and spacious. It was comfortable and well equipped to meet all our needs.
Finally, Eric, the owner was so nice. He was easy to reach and answered all our questions immediately. We can't wait to return!

One of the better rentals we have had.
Owner stayed in touch to make sure we were happy. Heat wave really stressed the window air-conditioning and circuit breakers but it was sufficient. Nice to be able to walk to beach and boardwalk.We would rent there again.

Great family getaway

Summer Retreat
This house was a perfect location for our long family weekend away in Seaside Heights. The downstairs is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The upstairs was spacious and clean with plenty of space. This is a perfect rental for a large family. We really enjoyed the front patio as well as the backyard. We really appreciated having 2 full bathrooms and use of a washer and dryer. There is no driveway to park in, but there are free spots on the street. The house is a few blocks from the beach. Due to the lack of parking near the beach, we walked to the beach with no problem. We enjoyed the boardwalk during the early evenings. The homeowner was very easy to work with and helpful with all the arrangements. The cost was extremely reasonable. We would definitely stay there again.
