This is a duplex with two charming 3 bedroom units (upper and lower), a 1/2 block walk to Seaside Park beach, available for summer seaside vacations by the week and winter rental by the month. Four Beach tags per unit are provided for summer months. Each unit includes a kitchen, dining area and sitting area (all in one open space room) and 3 bedrooms. There is 1 bath and an enclosed porch as well. Also, there is a pull out couch in the living room. Horrible owner and property

When we first arrived the yard was a mess, beer bottles and cups. Inside was not clean it was a disgusting mess. And this is after we paid $150.00 for the so called cleaning fee. A paper on the fridge says they stock cleaning supplies.upon...More
