5 bedrooms available in 5 BR Split level house (2,800SF), Large family room with beautiful brick fireplace, eat in kitchen, central AC/heat, huge fenced-in yard with a nice over sized deck on a corner lot. Free parking in driveway and street. Very safe neighborhood. Drive 2 mins to iHop, K-Mart, Stop n Shop, deli, farmers market, restaurants and more. About 5 Mins drive to New Brunswick nightlife and train to NYC. Easy access to I-287, New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Pkwy and Rutgers University and stadium, Hospitals. 25 mins to beach-45 mins to NYC. Although it’s very cozy, the house is not new, expect some wear.

- You must leave the house as you found it when you arrived.
- Please DO NOT SMOKE in the house. Sorry, No Pets as well.
- Do not adjust the thermostat (should be 70 degrees). If you are not comfortable, please contact me before adjusting the thermostat.
- Property manager available and lives on site and uses separate entrance. No access to guest quarters.
- Guests will not have access to basement.
- This is a private home so please respect the rules. Thanks
