No use of kitchen for cooking purposes.
No pets, no drugs.
No smoking allowed indoors, you can smoke on the back patio.
Street parking only, use of the driveway is not included.
The express bus that goes directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal is only a block away. NJ Transit buses 83, 151, 155, 157, 165 and 168 all pass by here.
Public transportation is super convenient in this neighborhood. The GW bridge is just a few minute drive from here also.
