We are available 24 hours a day seven days a week I own a 24/7 emergency restoration construction company please do not hesitate to call for any emergencies, immediate repairs or necessary replacements of anything you or your family may need. We always try to meet our guests or have Patricia meet out guess when they arrive to the building, if we are not available we will make sure you have access and the keys to the apartment upon arrival.

Interaction with guests:Â If a guest needs us for anything, we will be there for them. We allow guests to enjoy a private stay with us. We do not enter the apartment without guest permission during their reservation.
You can see New York City from the front covered deck !!! We love this neighborhood I've been living here since 1997 !!! Directly across the street are 12 public tennis courts and a very large park consisting of a soccer field, football field, basketball courts including a big kids playground and a nice path to jog or bicycle around. Please feel free to ask me for some tennis rackets and tennis balls !!!
Getting around
Please download the New Jersey transit app this gives you the time schedule for the buses and trains. Available and open 24 hours a day is the Coach House Diner located on eighth Street and Kennedy Boulevard just a few blocks away from the apartment I also recommend a restaurant called Rumbas it's a Cuban style restaurant with extremely good meals and very inexpensive it beats McDonald's any day of the week !!! It is located near the south west corner of the park within 5 minutes walking distance.

How to get there
The apartment is close to a public bus 1 & 1/2 blocks away ( Route 123) it takes you to NYC Manhattan on 42nd St ( Port Authority) . The bus fare is $3.25 exactly for each person. The bus leaves you in Port Authority which is the center of the all subway trains. Option 2 is requesting a Uber ( 5 minutes away) to the PATH TRAIN in Hoboken. This train heads to NY & it stops in 33rd St Manhattan NY. Another fantastic 24/7 transport option is to use the private charter bus or mini buses available 24 hours a day they depart from several spots on New York Ave and stop at the 30th St Post Office. From there you can grab any bus saying New York City on it. This will bring you into the city without worrying about other bus schedules the busses run e
