Allowing your dog to use the backyard is prohibited because other guests also use the backyard; therefore, please walk your dog and pick-up after your dog in accordance with City Ordinances. All other pets, regardless how small, are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in forfeiture of your Security Deposit and immediate expulsion from the premises. Groups under 25-years old are not permitted. No more than 9-people (6-Adults) permitted inside the property or on the rooftop deck; the children's room sleeps three children (bunk bed and third floor mattress); this room is not set up to accommodate adults. The other two bedrooms have Queen size beds, the living-room sofa has a pull out bed which can accommodate two people. Although our properties might cost slightly more than others; there is no comparison. We continually strive to make the stay of our guests comfortable and most satisfying. We regularly upgrade and replace household items because we believe in investing in repeat guests. The Appliances were replaced this year. All of the carpeting in every bedroom is brand new as well as the flooring throughout the hallways, kitchen, dining room, and family room. Every television is brand new and wall mounted in the bedrooms; the family room television is 4K which means it's latest and best resolution on the market. Every piece of furniture (except the dining room table) has been replaced with brand new furniture; Bedrooms: Beds, including premier mattress and boxspring (top line), dressers, night stands, bed spreads; Family-room: sofa and loveseat, tables, lamps, etc have brand new furniture. The entire interior of the property and interior of the garage have been repainted. The wall furnishings have been completely replaced as well as other items within the property. Kitchen: fully stocked with brand new utensils. So as you can see we are very proactive with our properties. One of the biggest attraction to this property is the proximity to the beach and Boardwalk; during the Summer- every Friday night the City of Wildwood has a Fireworks display which is on the beach at the end of our street. The Rooftop deck which is very large and encompasses the entire footprint of the building; the Rooftop Deck provides the best seat in the area as for our building is the only one on the entire block with a rooftop deck. Our property is literally steps from the beach and boardwalk; located between both Morey’s Amusement piers and Dunkin Donuts is at the end of the street at the Boardwalk. It should also be noted that our property also has a Private Balcony situated off the Livingroom and accessed by a sliding glass door. Outside Shower is for your convenience so you can wash the sand after returning from the beach or the bay. The garage accommodates three vehicles parked from front to back. We provide Five beach chairs and use of closet space to store beach gear. You will need to bring the following: Linens and towels (pillow cases and sheets, bathing and beach towels) Soap and shampoo After you Submit your Payment via TripAdvisor you will receive an Email from us, via TripAdvisor, containing a pdf file which is the Lease Agreement. You must return the completed & Signed Lease Agreement within 24-hours so we can Finalize the Reservation. We Require a 20% Deposit at time of booking and final payment is due no later than 40-days before Check-in date. If your check-in date is less than a month from Booking date then 100% is due at time of booking. There is a Cleaning Fee of $150l. More

After you Submit your Payment via TripAdvisor you will receive an Email from us, via TripAdvisor, containing a pdf file which is the Lease Agreement. You must return the completed & Signed Lease Agreement within 24-hours so we can Finalize the Reservation. Approximately 3-days prior to check in you will receive the Access Codes to unlock the Keypad Door locks. The manager will be available in the event you need anything.

Excellent location!! This rental is very clean and spacious! Highly recommend!! Walking distance to the boardwalk. Overall great place!!!
